Nestled on 400 acres along the lower Colorado River about 20 miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin, this ‘luxury retreat’ meets ‘wilderness retreat’ provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable event of networking, education, and fun. The comprehensive Summit agenda will keep attendees plenty busy, however, if you decide to extend your stay in the charming Texas hill country, you’re already in a prime spot

Who should attend the Summit?

This year we are excited to feature specialized tracks to target every aspect and every key employee of your organization. Our agenda is curated to educate and enable the Executive, Sales, and Technical team members. You’re encouraged to bring 1-3 team members so to cover all three bases!

What does the Summit registration fee cover?

Regular attendee registration includes your accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort from our reserved room block, (either standard King or Double Queen), all meals, cocktail hours, networking, and of course, entertainment! This covers three nights of lodging: Mon 11/1 Tues 11/2 and Wed 11/3 nights. No need to book an additional hotel room, unless you plan to stay outside of Summit dates. If you need special accommodations, there is an option to let us know at the time of registration. You will also see a “Local Partner” ticket type, and that is reserved for those partners who live locally to the event in Texas and do not require room and board.


The Summit Team has complimentary shuttles during peak arrival and departure hours running to and from the AUS Bergstrom Airport and the venue. These shuttles are available both on the first as well as the final day of Summit, but rideshare is also encouraged. Note: Rideshares are less accessible leaving from the Hyatt, going to AUS as the venue is a bit outside of the city and rideshares do not linger out that far. Please plan accordingly.

What steps will be taken to ensure COVID safety?

Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks are putting your health, safety, and comfort first as we plan the 2021 Cloud Summit. In addition, our chosen venue, The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, has achieved the highest level of accreditation for cleanliness and safety training in the hospitality industry. We will hold sessions both indoors and outdoors allowing for plenty of room to comfortably distance and learn. As the pandemic guidelines change we will continue to monitor and embrace CDC and local requirements.

We take your safety very seriously and we will be following Hyatt’s COVID-19 policies.
